We mainly supply complete pre‑fabricated modular house units. We do not send engineers for overseas on‑site installation. But we will provide detailed English installation manuals, step‑by‑step operation videos and full‑set installation accessories. Local construction workers with basic experience can complete assembly quickly without special professional skills. If you need, we can also arrange online remote guidance for your installation team.
Our normal production lead‑time is 25‑35 working days after receiving your deposit. The exact production cycle will be adjusted according to your order quantity, customized requirements for doors, windows, interior decoration and accessories. We will provide you with an accurate production schedule once all technical details are confirmed. We will keep you updated during the whole manufacturing process and send photos for your reference before shipment.
Yes, strong customization capability is one of our core advantages. We can adjust the overall size, wall panel color, window and door positions, exterior appearance according to your project drawing. Interior parts including wall finish, floor material, bathroom fixtures, cabinets and lighting system can also be modified to fit your resort, homestay or commercial project. You can share your project requirements or reference pictures, our team will make corresponding technical solution for you.
T/T bank transfer is our primary payment term for bulk orders. Normally it requires 30% deposit for starting production, and 70% balance should be settled before goods leave the factory. For special project cooperation, we can discuss flexible payment terms upon mutual negotiation. We support official company‑to‑company bank transfer, all transaction documents and commercial invoices will be supplied for your customs clearance.
